![]() ![]() We were given $100 to use for dinner or spa. ![]() They upgraded our room automatically to a better view. My booking was recognized at the desk as thru Amex's Fine Hotels. Rooms at The London are already huge, essentially like a suite. We stayed at The London in West Hollywood/Beverly Hills. So by commenting, you assume that everyone else has Titanium and Globalist status? If not, how does it benefit anyone to phrase it like that? If it's not for you, then why would you comment? Just say "Can anyone who has high status with Marriott point out to me if you use this credit and if so why?" Then we could have told you the obvious that this is to stay at non-Marriott hotels and in addition, you sometimes get other perks than just $100 to use for dinner. If anyone sees ANY good redemptions please comment them below! My goal was just to stay at a Fine Hotels + Resorts for $75-$100 extra after the credit but it looks like that is too much to ask. I called to price match Marriott but they were unable to do that and use the credit. 1 night for $208+Fees on I then pull up AmexTravel. I found The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO. They said they don't have a pre-paid rate available for 1 night.įeeling defeated I raised my budget. I even called to see if they could just book the single night. Of course, Amex does not allow you to book a single night, only 2 nights or more. I originally thought that The Art Hotel Denver, Curio Collection by Hilton would be perfect for a free 1 night stay as most nights are under $170 online. It's very difficult to find Fine Hotels + Resorts "available" for 1 night that are sub-$200. My goal was to find ANY Fine Hotels + Resorts in the USA for around $200 for 1 night (before taxes & fees) on I am about to cancel my Amex Platinum and wanted to use up my $200 credit for this year before I cancel. ![]()
